Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 7 business days of purchase on business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

You should expect to receive your order within 3-10 business days of dispatch, however certain destinations may take longer. Please note that delays may occur around public holidays such as Easter, Christmas and other relevant public holidays. Sequana Skincare are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc.

International orders (outside Australia) may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Sequana Skincare are unable to accept responsibility for these delays.

International orders (outside Australia) may be subject to possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties. Sequana Skincare are unable to accept responsibility for possible duties and taxes.
